Expanding the voice of a university known for boldness.

 

Boise State's motto, 'Be Bold,' sets the tone for their brand, but a digital presence needs more to stand out. We embraced and amplified their bold persona while grounding it with contrasting characteristics, adding depth and versatility to their identity.

We elevated their brand typography by using Gotham in its boldest Black weight, pairing it with the refined serif Mercury to introduce a touch of academic sophistication.

Boise State's marketing team excels in their work and needs flexible, robust content patterns to effectively communicate the university's narrative across diverse departments.

To connect with its diverse audience—ranging from Gen Z prospective students to alumni—Boise State's website required a mobile-first, responsive design that ensured seamless performance across all devices.
